I use the "DIBS Payment gateway" ( ... on_id=9220 )

I have problems with customers that order, then go to Dibs's payment window - and somehow things go bad there. Either there is a system failure at Dibs's site, ot the customer doesn't have sufficient funds. What I know is that the customer never pais, but the items the customer put inside the order are still removed from the store.

Is there a way to make sure that :

- items in orders that are NOT paid, will still be active in the store?

- a way to present to the customer another payment option when the first payment option fails?
