Category for registered users only

Hello,

I have in my shop some categories that are for everyone but an "Outlet" area where I dont want that people could see the content of that area if they are not registered/login.

So when someone click on that category if you are not login should appear the register page in order to get a new account before see the content of the category Outlet.

So I need categories of public access and categories only avaiable for registered users (but that appear on the menu always, just when you want to enter on a restricted category you see the login page to see it with some text like "You must be registered to see this page").

Any module to do this or something similar?
