You'd simply need to make a small modifications to your controller, by creating an extension, by using the $data array so that your theme file can capture the information described on the above. However, since your request is about customization, if you do not know how to accomplish this, and if there are no extensions available on the Marketplace that suits the need at this time, you could create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to get this done as a custom job or to contact me directly if it's an emergency.
