I have an opencart store running perfect, but now i need add a second "store" with different stock and price in the same opencart installation for the same product.
How i can do that? can anyone recommend a module to do this?

you could create different User Groups, and so declare different Prices, I assume.
But the Stock would not change. But check for MULTI-DB in the extension Section,
this could be a solution for such:
