SMS Extension for opencart 1.5.6.4

Please check the attachment, where you can find a sms extension of www.mysmsmantra.com which i'm using in my site. But now i want to use msg91 sms gateway and for which i want to modify this extension. Please someone check the extension and tell me about what code and where to input it in the file of this extension.

Anyone just tell me where to insert the msg91 api code to use this extension as msg91 sms gateway! I need msg91 because my old one's sms package is higher than msg91.
