[Extension] Advanced Reward Points support by thread

Advanced Reward Points 2.2.2 is officially released. Check out the extension page.

Changes log 26/2/2015:
* Fix bugs to working with default reward points
+ Cal reward points for product base on special price if available.
+ Stop Further Rule Processing feature for Shopping Cart Rule (more detail: http://wiki.opcartstore.com/w/index.php ... Processing )

* Fix bug and make compatible with Order Entry module.
