Pay what you want

Hi, sorry if this has been requested before, I did a good amount of search and didn't come up with anything.
I've been searching for a module which will allow me to have a section on my store where customers can pay what they want for certain products. Does something like this exist, or would it be possible to implement?

A bit of a subject necro, but I would also be interested in this.
"Make an Offer" seems to do this, but it also does a lot more, and because of that is more pricey than I would like. For my purpose "pay what you want" would always be accepted, including paying $0. Though it would only be allowed on certain products.

This leverages options. I haven't tried it yet. Based on description I got, it does sound a little more involved then I would prefer (I would have no problem setting a Pay what you want type product, but it may not be intuitive for a vendor to set up their product this way).
