You have clear contact details and the site seems easy enough to navigate but it is a very basic looking site (mostly white) and being that you supply craft items I would recommend adding some colour or even purchasing a template. This will give the site a much better appeal and hopefully entice potential customers to stay on the site longer for a browse and hopefully a purchase. Take a look at this OpenCart craft site for example: http://www.turnersart.co.uk
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... &order=ASC
Sorry to sound negative but I do think if you take on board the feedback received so far you will be able to make the site look much more appealing.
Best of luck!

there are great templates available for little or no cost that could be in use. As always, quality images come to play an important part, so I would suggest you look for some or ask your providers to send you.
I would also suggest you include a social twist. Connect your e-store with your twitter and Facebook accounts, make the about us, contact, as well as location informations visible from a first glance.
Here is an example of what Im suggesting: http://goo.gl/XAcFw
Best of luck !
