Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Well, just now in Firefox 23.0.1 it took a very long time, essentially a minute, showing all white while spinning, but just when I was satisfied I was about to see server not found, wham,
http://printshopleeds.co.uk/ itself. The store at
http://printshopleeds.co.uk/business-cards seems to be working.

It looks like my server don`t like to server overseas ips, had quite a lot of them blocked, I presume because of attacks.

That protects server and website both; with it in place I would not undo it. Essentially you do not need traffic from anywhere that you will not be selling and shipping anyway, owing to risks as well as to bandwidth losses such as when a certain Russian engine arrives and provides no genuine benefit for swamping a website in USA, CA, UK, AU, or the like. Where your website itself is of interest, as in the forums here, then some visitors will just be unable to get through.

Well done, Americans were eavesdropping on you anyway, so better close the door completely.
I like the website, clean and organized and it loads quickly from Italy.
I can't come up with anything wrong with it.

Hello Rob, great work. Do you provide the magnet printing services? As you know printed magnets are a unique and practical way for your customers to grab the attention of their clients so i want to print those for my business.

well, if you are blocking countries based on ip addresses then that is the dumbest thing you can do security-wise and otherwise.
