Hey guys,

I had a question. Basically I have some items that are free shipping, and some that are flat rate. I've ran into an issue where flat rate and free shipping are available for all items. Is there any way that I can restrict this? Also I have 3 different flat rate items, but they are different prices than each other. Thus far I haven't been able to figure out how to make a flat rate per product.

Any ideas how I can fix either issue? I've searched the forum and the .net and found no solution.

Thanks

I also went ahead and tried to get the Fedex module going. I entered all my info from Fedex, meter # etc. It still doesn't show up as an option when I go to checkout.

Any ideas?

The easiest way to make a flat rate per product is to enter the cost in the weight field, and then use weight-based shipping to create a rate like:

0.01:0.01, 0.02:0.02, 0.03:0.03, etc.

If you don't want to type that out, you could use the commercial Weight-Based Shipping extension to set a rate like so:

From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: 0.01, Per (unit): 0.01

If you need further options beyond that, you could instead use Product-Based Shipping.
