changing lightbox photo size

Hi,
Where can we change the size of the photo that does a lightbox overlay when you click.

Log into your admin panel, go to "admin > configuration > setting > image" and change the "Product Image Popup Size:"

I dont see an image option under settings. I am using 1.29. Do I need to upgrade to see this?
