Restrict Product By Zip

I have a client that wants to sell fuel oil online. I have no idea if theres a plugin somewhere for this or not...I seached and couldnt find a suitable solution.

Basically I would have 5 'products' which would each represent a geographical zone. Customer picks his zone, selects how many gallons of fuel, some other info, checks out and he/she gets his delivery.

Now the thing is, each 'zone' is going to have a slightly different price. I dont want someone being able to buy a product from a cheaper zone that not his....this would be determined by the zip code entered in the registration/customer info. If the zip code doesnt match then they cant checkout.

well you could change the field type of the location field to be a text area and change it to a simple array.
