Anybody has any idea how to create SEO urls for extensions?

I can create them for infromation pages but there seems to be no way to create one for extension.

/index.php?route=extension/ticket/ticket/add&department_id=2

That is my url, I am trying to make it /claims

I realized that for information i just have to include information_id=2 but for extension I can not seem to figure out the query.

I really appreciate it.

OpenCart only supports SEO URLs for information pages, categories, manufacturers, and products. There's no way to get them for other pages unless you have an SEO modification, so you'd need to get one of those.

I have a Rewrite Manager extension that can rewrite the "route" portion of any URL, so you could change that URL to this:

www.yourdomain.com/claims?department_id=2

It doesn't support query string parameters (i.e. the &department=2 portion) at this time, but I plan on updating it to do that in the next release. Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any further questions.
