Hello,
I am using Visual Studio Code.
I wanted to learn, is there a better editor I can use to improve opencart?
Or is Visual Studio Code the best?

sublime, notepad++, simple editors for quick edit. If you are building something huge, you can consider php storm.

+ 1 to PSPad editor. Great tool that has a huge bundle of features that are easy to use. But that's my subjective opinion.
