Hey,
I'm currently looking for a way to import & export products with all the necessary fields like name, SKU, size, option...
I've already found 2 for OpenCart 3.2.
https://shopunity.net/extension/export-import-lite (Tested in their demo and free version on my site) (Seems no CPU hog when exporting/importing large files with many product)

Any other advise?

Well, this one here is probably the most popular Extension for that purpose.

One Extension belongs to a Series of Extensions, requiring additional Code,
BUT placed/called from OUTSIDE of OpenCart. But such always makes me
worried, because I hate to have someone else have 'any' Control over my Sites,
in which way ever...

Yeah, I've seen that suggestion you've mentioned. But the high memory usage part is what puts me off for the moment.
