need help for facebook and instagram not working properly inside homepage opencart

on my homepage we set up 2 windows with facebook and instagram but since i chnaged of password ,they don't display my feed anymore, i need help to fix this please.

It may be the widget's issue. Try to use another one: https://elfsight.com/facebook-feed-widget/.
