OpenCart 3.0.3.0 - Any date?

I can see OC 3.0.3.0b was released around 10 month ago.
Is there any expected date to release the final edition 3.0.3.0?

OpenCart 3.0.2.0 is the current release version, released July 2017. Based on the current github version, it looks like the next version is going to be 3.1.0.0, but it will probably be a while before it's released. There are comments for some of the files saying that the admin is moving to Bootstrap 4, but needs more work done, so I'd suspect it will be at least a few months. No way to say for sure, though.

Btw, do you know if is there any way to download the current version 3.0.2.0, updated with all the fixes until today?

No, unfortunately the OpenCart team didn't make that a priority, so there's no release that has all the bugfixes. (They should have done a 3.0.2.1 release to do that, but they never did.) You'll need to download 3.0.2.0 and then apply the fixes yourself. Most of them are listed in the bug topic for 3.0.2.0, but I'm sure not all of them are covered there. You can also copy some of them from commits on github, but you have to make sure you're copying bugfixes and not other code changes for the next version.

If this really is a fact, that the masses of fixes, partly published here as well,
have not yet found their way into a latest official sub-release, then, I find it
rather irresponsible, if Coders around here still resommend others, to move
up, at such a stage.

Yep.. this is really frustrating and at the end, people start to look another cms.
