From what URL are you trying to download?
The deceptive site ahead is a Chrome security measure to protect you from phishing sites. If it detects a button initiating a download from a third-party site, it will be triggered.
So, a site that contains a button that downloads from opencart.com might well trigger this warning.

Seems to work fine on my end, perhaps try another PC?
Are you on an opencart.com page (e.g., Resources > Downloads) when you try downloading, and get this warning? Or are you on some other site and it's sending you over to opencart.com to do the download? As mentioned before, some browsers will warn you in the latter case (sometimes referred to as "cross site scripting"). So long as you pay attention to where you're actually downloading from, you can trust opencart.com to be safe, and ignore the nasty message. On the other hand, if you're expecting to download something from xyz.com, and you see the download is from some site in North Korea, you should worry.MrMac78 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2017 7:36 pmThe green button on the downloads page,

If you are on an opencart.com page, asking to download from opencart.com, you shouldn't get any cross-site warning. Perhaps your browser is overreacting to the unusual URI Query String structure used (with slashes / in the Query String) and thinks it might be something deceptive. If widely used browsers all start behaving like this, the owner of opencart.com may need to revise their structure in some way, to avoid these warnings.
