another minor trustbuilding factor may be, that most of you where graded back to the Newbie Status.
And who should buy from a Newbie, not looking at other data...

I have couple of module and on one of module i have 99 rating.
All of sudden opencart remove rating and we are back to zero rating. all our effort go to vain.

Due to this sales decrease by 50%.
And now its 1 because last customer got 1 day reply later and he rated as 1 star,
and we are in problem. Now no sales since last 7 days.

This is not a way to upgrade system.Kindly add the old rating back.

One more thing : I have refund that customer but their rating is there,it should remove.
This is big problem.Opencart should support this.

Both of these items are included as part of the Marketplace Feature Request list which can be found here.

Also on My Account - Downloads says 'Sorry, You do not have any purchased items.'
Also i can't down anything on this page.
I recommend contacting the OpenCart support team as it could be an issue with your account.

Regards,
Joel.

Some aspects of support requests need to be properly decoded: I keep getting support message emails like:

Blah Blah Blah "e; blah blah "e; blah blah blah

Not sure if it's an issue with Opencart.com or Zendesk but can someone please fix this?

When updating an extension and adding a new download I received the following error:

Code: Select all

Notice: Undefined property: Proxy::getTotalExtensionDownloadsByFilename in /home/opencart/public_html/application/controller/account/extension.php on line 435
Basically currently it is not possible to make any kind of changes to the downloads attached to an extension.

Currently you have to remove previous download and add new again.
I cannot modify the existing ones anyway. This happens whenever I upload a new download. About a month ago this was working.
I confirm the problem: It is impossible to update an extension with different versions.
This leads to a blank page and you lost your settings each times.
I have tried to remove and re-upload all but the problem still persists.
So I have stopped all updates and let the merchants complain or turn to other cart system.

It appears to be an issue with the email script. Leave "Send update email to purchasers" set to No when you're updating the extension.

Joel.

Sorry but all uploads I tried where without notification.
I gave up after 1 hour of trying.

Worked for me today ' Leaving the notify user unchecked '

I tried it with notify user checked and got a page not found.

Will just have to test again in near future so that past buyers are aware there has been an update.
