Hello,

I am not receiving mail order notification when a customer pays for an item. It is not evident in my Opencart dashboard, neither is an alert sent to me (the seller) or the buyer.

Also, I notice that after the buyer pays for an item and the payment Gateway redirects the customer back to my website, the cart still contains the product so clearly checkout is incomplete, even though payment has been made and received.

Please help

unfortunately, that more than one only OC Version exists, among uncounted masses of
Mod's and Themes, frequently screwing up, here and there.

Admin->System-> Setting -> Edit -> mail Tab -> Additional Alert E-Mails -> type your email here

I have the same problem. None of my orders are recorded in my dashboard. It's been like that for weeks. I really need it fixed!
