I´m just wondering how to change the names in the below banner?

That is footer section. There are 3 files related with footer section.
catalog/controller/common/footer.php
catalog/language/your_language/common/footer.php
catalog/view/theme/your_theme/template/common/footer.tpl

You want to change name of below information content go to admin-> Catalog-> information -> now you can find that link name click the edit button and edit the name and save
