Hi MarketInSG, I already fixed my admin page. My hosting provider set my admin root directory into 503. They told me I'm sending thousands of emails so their system automatic take down my admin root directory. They told me also to check my site if I have malware.

MarketInSG, if I'm using OpenCart mail and sending mail to my 1k of subscriber, am I consider a spammer?

What you can do is to attempt to mail out in batches instead of mass sending out to 1k of them at one go. That might be much better.
