Nofollow links opencart

Hello,
I have a few opencart affiliate shops and i thinks it's better to add nofollow to all my external affiliate links.
Can someone help me out with this, is there a easy way in opencart to set all the external links to nofollow.
I think google doesnt like it when it sees so many outgoing links and that's why i would like to change it.
Hope someone can help me with this.
