Sorry, not sure I follow. On your site I see a product for £1836 as the exc-tax price (in grey) and the tax inclusive price is £2203.20 (+20%) so this is as it should be. If you switch off 'display prices with tax' only the tax exc price shows as the main price. (I just tested it on my local install...

Yes I had similar last year where emails were being returned to me as undeliverable and my hosts said it was spoofing. Unfortunately it carried on until I moved hosts. I now get email alerts if any scripts capable of sending emails are uploaded. I couldnt see any 'Tell a Friend' scripts on your site...

As far as I'm aware OC doesn't have a 'Tee a Friend' script as default. If it does I've never seen it!! Are you sure this wasnt installed? Have you checked your module list?
