The canvas size of your image - deal-200x400.png - is 400px but the actual image is about 198px. You have about 100px top and bottom of the image which is transparant.
The real question is why not use "inspect element" which is on every major browser for design work?

If you are uncertain, you can unzip the downloaded file on your local machine and just upload the only .xml file to your remote sites vqmod/xml folder.
That's all you have to do.
