Re: OpenCart Alpha 3.1.0.0 has been released

OpenCart is not a charity. One way or another, they make money. But we are not talking about it. I love OpenCart and still using 1.5 version on some projects. Every new version is better than previous. New features, bugs fixed and etc. OC 3.0.x is great version, but 3.1.x looks better. Firstly for ...

Re: OpenCart Alpha 3.1.0.0 has been released

1.5+ year is too much time for beta testing. The worst that can happen is to start a new eshop on the old version and find out that a new stable version has been released in a few weeks. I think everyone wants to know at least the approximate release time. Ok then.. How much money have you got to i...

Re: Stock Level not decreasing

Ha, now my brain is swimming... Could you list the ones I need checked, vs the ones I do not need checked? I'm sorry I confused you with my first post.. In the Processing order Status you need to tick every single status where you want Opencart to actually remove the stock.. So tick everything but ...

Re: Stock Level not decreasing

Ok let me try again..
In the first picture you posted you only have "Complete" in the processing order list...
What I was trying to say is that you need to tick all the status that you need when the transaction is good...

So everything but "Denied, Chargeback, Refunded....

Like this? https://lifelites.com/temp/order_status.png Yes just like that. Is not mentioned in the documentation and it takes lots of people by surprise... Off course you also need to check what Straighlight just mentioned above EDIT: Sorry I actually spoke too quickly. You need to tick each status...

Re: Stock Level not decreasing

Order status (I think) changes to complete first, then when I ship the order in Shiprush (a program on my pc), it changes to shipped. So, as of right now all orders have shipped and are showing shipped in my dashboard. I do have a record in my PP account of all transactions, as well as emails from ...

Re: Is Opencart Dead?

The reason I am concerned about development is because we have had a site completely compromised due to an exploited flaw in the OC software, we are "up to date" on version so the software has holes which havent been addressed. Sorry but without any specific details the above is just spec...

Re: simple way to propose selected products only for selected logged customers groups

You got me intrigue.. What are you selling if you don't mind me asking? The whole thing seems very secretive...  No drugs, only disguises to school parents for special occasion!!! Re: simple way to propose selected products only for selected logged customers groups

It is a short online sales transaction to identified buyers. In the future, this type of operation will be repeated X times a year, with other buyers, and later the same ones. So the prices not being public, but as I had to get a quick and functionnal online shop, and the products taking word for w...

Re: Migrate from Magento 1.9.0.1 to Opencart

HI i've had my site running on Magento 1.9.0.1 since 2014. I'd rate it 3/10. It's pretty hopeless. Magento that is, not the site. I like the thought that opencart might not actually be coded in such a lazy, resource hungry way. Am I right? Is there an easy and painless way to "clone" my s...
