Full Width Header and Sticky Footer
Hi,
Im after someone to help make a full width header with fixed content and a full width STICKY footer with fixed content?
Willing to pay as I have tried to do this but failed.
OC 1.5.5.1 and my theme is based on the default theme.

Im using default theme on 1.5.5.1 and trying to get full width sticky footer or could also do fixed width if its easier.

This works great all round but also affects things like coupons when you have a percentage discount, and also rounds off previous orders in admin reports.
