you already can do discounts by % points mod exists i worked that one out for another client .. its here as a commercial add-on mod is there for Featured top of my head im sure there is a bestsellers out there too if not it would be a quick change of sql from the featured.. And yes more work needs ...

trust me the IPN does come back you can add loggin code to the paypal.php to see that... that fact is there is the call back rarely finds the order_ref on either the stock or bruces updated in my testing in the paypal sandbox... but the paypal.php does get a callback i opted to rewrite my callba...

what version of opencart? pre 0.7.7, 0.7.7 or 0.7.8???

there is a few solutions to this... i for one opted to make and setup one that provides the items in the paypal side as well and i also updated the callback for better order processing..

why make work like that... use the current paypal - edit the controller to run the process order

downfalll cust leaves with out paying - unpaid order

cust wants to change something.... not able to as then items are cleared from the cart.
