SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 2 co
I recently upgraded my website from OC 2.0.1.1 to OC 2.0.3.1 with Journal theme, i get this error SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 2 column 1 of the JSON data OK in the checkout page when i try to select a city name http://screencast.com/t/QWxsgefke can anyone help please

Code works like a charm in OC 2.0.1.1 clean install after i installed the Vqmod too, but it does not show in my Journal2 theme can you help me pls?
