Re: OCMOD in OpenCart 2.1.0.1 bug

Forget it, turns out it is this custom theme that is overriding it all. Sorry about that.

Re: OCMOD in OpenCart 2.1.0.1 bug

Okay that corrected the NOT FOUND error but the footer doesn't reflect the modification even though the file exists in system/storage/modification and has the correct modification. I do have an admin change and that is being reflectd. Is the OCMOD stuff broken for the catalog in 2.1.0.1?

OCMOD in OpenCart 2.1.0.1 bug

I am getting an error NOT FOUND in the modification log when I refresh the Modifications. But the weird part is that in system/storage/modification folder it creates the footer.php file and has the replacement line. But when I refresh my store it doesn't display my modification. Anyone have a clue? ...

Custom pages

Does OpenCart 2 provide a way to add in custom pages in the admin interface? For example if I wanted to run a Google AdWords campaign and direct all the traffic to a landing page (for marketing purposes). It would display the header, custom page content and the footer. Maybe there is a module I can ...

Replacement for hasAction() in OpenCart 2

In OpenCart 1.5.6.4 there was a hasAction() call in system/engine/controller.php. If I am upgrading an extension that uses this call, what would I use in OpenCart 2?

Re: Order history comments

By default (and I believe this is the same for v2), order histories are only visible to customers if you check the box to send the comment to the customer when you add it. I changed this for v1.5 and posted how in the forums way back when so you might search it and see if you can adapt it for v2. O...

Re: Product requires another product

If it is really a required product never purchased alone, why not just do it as a "joint" product? Meaning the product is for "X and Y Items"?? That is a viable solution, how can that be done in OpenCart? Ignore that, I know what you are saying. I can't do it that way for accounting purposes. Each ...

Product requires another product

Is it possible in OpenCart 2 to either make one product require another before you can checkout, or even better when you add a product to your cart it automatically adds the other required product? If not does anyone know of an extension that provides this functionality.

Order history comments

Go to Sales -> Orders, then click the view button on a particular order, then click the History tab. In that tab there is a place to enter a comment, when you do that and click the add history button it adds it to the order history. When you login as the customer you see the order history added but ...

Re: Empty transactions in Recurring payments

This if statement always evaluates to true.

<?php if ($tax) { ?><li id="tax"></li><?php } ?>

Re: Empty transactions in Recurring payments

Okay just before tax then, thanks. Probably would be helpful to add that to Install.md.

Re: Empty transactions in Recurring payments

In the Install.md file, what do you mean by "Please note that the sort order of all "Total" extensions are important as they might relay on each others calculations." Where should your extension fall in the sort order?

Re: Empty transactions in Recurring payments

Okay makes sense. Without seeing the backend it is hard to deduce all of this. Got it now. So is this going to be an update to the extension you have in the OpenCart extension store?

Re: Empty transactions in Recurring payments

Great. I test drove and here are some things I noticed. I used the Wireless Plan product. A. Select "One Time Subscription" and clicked "Sign Up" Notice the Cart button says "1 item(s) - $40.00". The $40 is the tax but I would think the Cart button should reflect the total which should be $84.00. B....
