Re: Need some help with Resources Usage

The PHP version that is showing there is not the one I am using?
Probably not, no.

Put this into a file in your home directory, called test.php

Code: Select all

<?php phpinfo(); ?>
Then retrieve it with a web browser: http://example.com/test.php

I'm pretty sure you'll see the older php version.

Re: Need some help with Resources Usage

Regarding this.... I tried the page cache you told be about but it's not working well on my site, first it says that I am using PHP 5.3.29 but in my cpanel I have PHP 5.4.43 and it says that my host is using a security (can't remember which one) and also when I go to google pagespeedinsight I have t...

Re: Mijoshop Stealing other Peoples work!

This same guy (Denis Dulici) copied our free page cache extension for his "arastta" opencart clone. He did rewrite just about every line, but it's pretty clear where he started from: http://i.imgur.com/bWADpvi.png I confronted him by submitting a pull request to be added to the CREDITS file, since h...

Re: [RELEASED] Page Cache for Opencart 1.5.X

budgetneon, Would it be possible to have it just delete the expired cache files? I looked at the admin side and it said it had 1,xxx expired files. Seems like a bit of extra space that just should go away versus staying around if they are expired. (I deleted them without writing down the exact amou...

Re: SOLVED: PHP Error in Opencart 2.0

I felt helpless as there was zero support from the paid theme maker. The type of error you're describing would mean that the theme developer hasn't even tried their theme once on OC 2.x. This isn't some subtle corner case. That likely means you're just seeing the tip of the iceberg. Probably more i...

Allow .xml files on OpenCart Extension Store?

Since ocmod now allows direct upload of extension.ocmod.xml files, shouldn't the opencart.com extension store allow that as an uploaded file/mime type? At the moment it only allows zip files. It would make for a very simple module download / upload / install sequence for end users of modules that co...

Re: is OC SQL querys bad Coded ? Buggy Code ?

It's most likely the product counts per category that's driving the volume of sql queries. It will do one query per category (129 queries in your case) for EVERY page load. Go to Settings->Option, and turn off "Category Product Count". If you want to keep the product counts, you could cache them. Se...

Re: [RELEASED] Page Cache for Opencart 1.5.X

How do you exclude the featured module, that is shown on my home page (the built in module on 1.5.6)? I tried '#home/featured#' but that didn't do it. Any thoughts? Thank you, Mike The exclude urls only works if whatever you're trying to exclude is a url. That could be a regular page, or something ...

[RELEASED] Page Cache for Opencart 2.X (free, open source)

Re: Unable to upload zip files to Opencart extensions

Related to this... Since the new ocmod system allows end users to upload extension.ocmod.xml files, shouldn't the extension store allow developers to upload theirextension.ocmod.xml, without having to put that in a zip file? ( And of course, making sure that it's downloaded as a file when the user d...

Re: Opencart 2.0 Extension Installer

This seems like perhaps it's designed for shared hosting, where ftp is (reluctantly) enabled. Most people running on a vps or dedicated host wouldn't have ftp enabled. Even if they did, they would have this insecure daemon configured so that it wasn't able to install files into the web server area....

Re: Opencart 2.0 Extension Installer

Add a breakpoint in the ftp() method and step through it with your debugger..... Appreciate the help, I'll run through that. A high level question though. Why would a file that's by definition, already on the server, need to pass through an ftp() method? It's a little silly to ftp files from the lo...

That's just the notice for files being overwritten. The code for unzipping and FTPing are several lines above it (starts at ~123). Re: Opencart 2.0 Extension Installer

Just a "me too" post, but I have tried various incantations to get our page cache extension to work with the ocmod installer...no luck. Re: [RELEASED] Page Cache for Opencart 1.5.X

New to all this so I don't know the technical jargon but they said their server level PHP handler is LSPHP. Your admin says installed with the message - PHP Version: 5.4.32, Status: supported (PHP 5.4 or greater) SAPI: litespeed, Status: unsupported (pagecache has not been tested with this SAPI) Th...
