Well, that usually happen, if some section 'above' the Footer Section is missing a final </div>.
You probably added some Code, because in default OC Versions, that won't happen. ;)

Nowadays this is the most NON-recommended theme. Well, recommended (by Dev's) or not, Journal is the Number One Moneymaker Extension, as well as the Number One stolen Code. The only real Problem is, that most 'installers' are not aware of the plain Fact, that MANY Extensions won't work with Journal...
