Sure prob be easier

On the cart page, if its empty I would like it to say Home

If its not empty, I would like it to say Checkout and also have another button that says Continue Shopping

After adding a test product to the shopping cart

I get to the checkout part and in Step 2: Account & Billing Details, at the bottom its got a continue button, how do I change that to register and continue

I opened the checkout.tpl file but can't see the continue button
