that's how OC works.
It applies to all products when accessed directly from any module and regardless if they are assigned to 1 or more categories.
I agree with you that probably having always the first category in the breadcrumb path would make sense however as is the system doesn't allow that

It the problem caused by a CSS/HTML error somewhere.

that's most probably an error caused by .htaccess

open your .htaccess file and comment out this line by adding # at the start -> fileOptions +FollowSymlinks
see if that works for you

you go to you account and check your order history. The order will be there.
If you don't have an account and completed the order as guest the only place to check for your order is your email.

[OC2.0 bug] Customer IP Tab Navigation

Navigation in the customer IP Page tab is not working.
Sales/Customers/Edit customer/IP tab
When you have long list of IP logged in the customer TAB a navigation appears automatically .
Not working in OC 2.0.1.1

can anyone confirm the bug.

OC 2 by default doesn't show the welcome msg with the name of the customer anymore.
Is there a way to have the name of the customer in the frontpage without having to modify the controller?
what should be the output of $data['text_logged']?

[OC2.0] Customer Orders Report

Has anyone noticed any problem with the Customer Orders Report. It appears the numbers are much larger than what they suppose to be. To run the report; go to -> Reports/Customers/Orders Be warned, this is slow and it might run out of time or give errors. I would suggest to run it offline. thank you

Given the fact that OC is not the best tool for stock control.
You can use cash on delivery as payment method and select the option -> products doesn't require shipping
