Re: Change scale of Administration Statistics graph?

just a thought.... You could also add a automatic max value for the scale, maybe to the nearest higher 10. It could be done with something like this: $url .= '&chxr=1,0,' . round(ceil((max(max($orders),max($customers))/10)))*10; //Add for custom Auto scale It compares the orders and customers and pu...

Re: Change scale of Administration Statistics graph?

Hi there! I think you can do it by adding a range value to the function report() You can find this function in file home.php in folder: \admin\controller\common\ The function starts at line 113 in a standard OpenCart v1.3.2. You add the range valu like this: &chxr=1,START,END So, if you want a scale...

Re: Which is the better install path?

Hi thesoundsmith, I hope I haveunderstand the question right - Are asking if you shuld start with OpenCart Zero (0.x) and then upgrade to OpenCart 1.x? OpenCart Zero and OpenCart 1.x are two different carts, and I don't think it is possible to do a automatic "upgrade" from 0.x to 1.x - (Have not tri...

Hi,

Just a heads up - And maybe you already know this, but if not...
Your layout/theme doesn't work in IE6, and there still are many people using IE6.

Re: Link to a specific opencart language page

Hi Guys, You could do a small change in /catalog/controller/module/language.php to keep the page you are on instead of beeing redirected to home when changing language. Please keep in mind!! - It works but I haven't yet checked if there is a "downside" by doing this!! The changes you have to do is: ...

Re: Error: E-Mail subject required!

Hi ekal, You can do a fix this by doing a change on 2 lines in /catalog/controller/account/forgotten.php It's line 29 and 30. Change these lines from: $subject = str_replace($find, $replace, $this->config->get('mail_password_subject_' . $this->language->getId())); $message = str_replace($find, $repl...

Re: Link to a specific opencart language page

Hi Guys,

I actually think that OpenCart detects the users browser language and if that language is installed then it uses that, othervice it selects the "default" language. Please correct me if i'm wrong!

Best regards,
Leffe

Re: Order calculations

Hi Daniel, The coupon, regardless of percentage or amount should always be done befor tax is added. If not the tax specification is wrong and the Swedish IRS would complain about the tax declaration we send to the goverment. The tax should alwas be calculated on the actual amount the customer pays I...

Re: Here's a question

Hi nde, I don't think thats the right place for the templates... In 1.x version (which I assume you are talking about sice this is the 1.x forum) the templates are in: /catalog/view/template/ And in 0.x you find them in: /catalog/template/default/ This is just my thought... but to not confuse people...

Re: Order calculations

Hi Daniel, Regarding: One of the reasons I included the coupon to discount tax was if someone had wanted a refund and instead was given a coupon for the same amount. Does that mean tax still needs to be added after the coupon discount? Yes, the tax should be calculated after the refund coupon been a...

Re: Order calculations

Hi Daniel, We are going to use both free and normal shipping. Having the checkout and subtotal displaying without tax works nicely for me, this is actually how I prefer to display the checkout steps, As long as all totals including total tax is displayed and summed up in the final step. Hi Qphoria, Thanks for your reply! Re: Order calculations

Oh, I forgott...

In your example you have the coupon as free shipping. But if you use a coupon based on percentage or a amount the tax gets wrong, and the tax on the shippning don't get added.

Re: Order calculations

Hi CChris, Yes I agree, but there still are 2 bigger issues. 1. the shipping tax (VAT) don't get included in the total tax (VAT) 2. When using a coupon the tax (VAT) don't get recalculated - It's still the same value as before I added the coupon. And our invoices reguire (by law) that the total tax ...
