Re: Add an extra column into Products Purchased Report?

Since the 'name' field is unique, there isn't really a need for adding an alias name. Simply by replacing: SELECT cd.`name` AS name with: SELECT cd.`name` should suffice and, yes, you must keep the $query->rows in the model since you're looping in the template with the $category variable.

Re: Need to hire an opencart programmer

You go at the store and buy two products that you see on the shelf. If both products are put on the bill, the customers will have a bill of both products on it. I don't know why merchants bothers to split orders while it can't politically be done but when you buy an item and being added on the bill,...

Re: Need to hire an opencart programmer

It's not a matter of being done programmingly or not. Payment transactions are done on the fly and not by separate orders as it is against PCI-Compliance policy. If you're saying that you have a script on another site that does this right now, then it is illegal period as it is pointless to require ...

Re: Add an extra column into Products Purchased Report?

From the model, this would return a single category name: return $query->row['name']; It should rather be: return $query->rows; if you want to remove the product ID and return multiple categories. The reason why you see a single letter from the output is because the returned array is a fetched strin...

Re: 1.5.2. product options (radio) not working

In your product.tpl file, replace: <?php } ?> <b><?php echo $option['name']; ?>:</b><br /> <?php foreach ($option['option_value'] as $option_value) { ?> <input type="checkbox" name="option[<?php echo $option['product_option_id']; ?>][]" value="<?php echo $option_value['product_option_value_id']; ?>"...

Re: Add an extra column into Products Purchased Report?

Either the $data you wish to pass into the parameter does not include the product_id key or your product_to_category table does not contain the product_id field. In both cases, they should be declared.

Re: Add an extra column into Products Purchased Report?

A quick eye fix would be this one: public function getProductCategories($data) { $sql = "SELECT `name` AS name FROM product_to_category ptc LEFT JOIN category_description pd ON (ptc.category_id = pd.category_id)"; $query = $this->db->query($sql); return $query->row['name']; } for: public function ge...

Re: Product options not showing on invoice

Upgrading would be quicker than having to implement the options from VQMod in this case.

Re: Product Restrictions - Limit on Geo, Age, other criteria

Actually, you do make interesting points above. Although, this part: 4. if the customer has a mix of restricted and non-restricted items in their cart that involve different shipping methods, and the customer chooses to ship the non-restricted items separately, then the cart should calculate the spl...

Re: PHP Notice: Undefined index in account/register

Then this issue is obviously about posted variables from the form not being sessionized which these values during the previous event may be lost when switching languages. For instance, if you remain on the first language without switching, I presume you don't encounter any problems but only when you...

Re: Taxes being based on shipping not subtotal

There are a few topics regarding this. Taxes should not be applied on sub-total but only on totals during while there's an order in progress. The sub-total is before the order being confirmed but will show the total calculation from the cart before checking out the order.

Re: Need to hire an opencart programmer

Orders can't be split. Each order ID / Transaction ID represents an entire order once processed through the payment gateway / offline payment processing. Besides, once a product is announced on the market, delays on product delivery may create lack of service.

Re: Username for customer

The language coded on this package is dutch for the OMF. Obviously, if you switch to another language, it won't output the right results since only the dutch language from the XML has been coded. As for the SQL error, it seems to be about the AND and OR statement when being replaced from the system/...
