People Online Report

Is there a way to adjust the time for which the reports for People Online are kept?

Re: Shopper Tracker Report

Actually, it was already done from a previous attempt at this contrib.  I unselected it, saved it, and reselected it and saved it.  Same problem. Other suggestions? Does that explain why my Extensions all disappear? Also, I've tried the manual edits.  The 1. menu.tpl edit breaks my menu.  The 2. str...

Re: Shopper Tracker Report

I installed this contrib today. 1. ran the SQL, then 2. copied the files.  I got an admin menu item called "Service Type" where Product used to be. When I clicked on it it told me I did not have permission to access that page. Additionally, all my Extensions were gone.  When I clicked on Module, for...

Re: Image permissions 0000

It did not solve the problem.  In fact, it reproduced the problem.  A proper upload of the image with the "success" notification, but no visible image.

Re: Image permissions 0000

I made the change to

if ($status) chmod($file, 'a+r');

but instead of an error, I got a "success" message with no icon showing.

I tried the second option

if ($status) @chmod($file, '0644');

again, a success message but no icon showing.

Re: Image permissions 0000

Unless some other contrib I've used reverted it.  I actually completely deleted the directory and installed fresh from 0.7.9RC5 just last week because of such problems.

Before that I'd used WINscp to mirror the files from the \upload directory to the \store directory and then ran the upgrade.php.

Re: Image permissions 0000

Thanks for the response from both of you.  I replaced this is upload.php function save($key, $file)         {                 if (file_exists($file)) @unlink($file);                 $status=@move_uploaded_file($_FILES[$key]['tmp_name'], $file);                 if ($status) @chmod($file, 'a+r');     ...

Image permissions 0000

I'm not sure if this is an OC issue or a host issue, but since upgrading from 0.7.8 to 0.7.9RC5 all the images I upload via OC have permissions set at 000 and I have to change them through my host (hostmonster). Is anyone else having this trouble?

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

I've discovered the problem with the images displaying. They are created with permissions of 000000000 and I have to change it through my host's file manager (WinSCP can't do it).  That's new. I don't know why.

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

Okay, the contrib is working properly now.  I recopied in reverse order the File Upload files, then those for the Product Option.  Whatever happened, that did the trick.  Many thanks.

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

I copied and pasted over the entry and compared it to yours. I could see no difference in that area.  Yours works well, though, so I'm using it.  Now I'm back to having the error "Please upload an image for this file" after I've uploaded one and click the Add to Cart button.  The directory is create...

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

After reuploading all the files from both the Contrib and the Product_option with the modification, my Shopper's side is completely down with this message:

Error: Could not create productOption!

The Admin side works correctly, however.

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

Okay, now when I hit the link to go to the product page (having copied all the files listed above back with the modification) I get this. Warning: Locator::require_once(/home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxx/ocstore/library/cart/cart.php) [locator.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or di...

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

LOCATOR.PHP I copied the locator.php and that made my page requiring File Upload look correct.  It allows me to upload a file, but then when I click "Add to Cart" I get an error telling me to upload a file. BUT it causes the validation error to occur on the Admin side. Added CART.PHP same problems. ...

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

I'm trying this morning, again, to completely reinstall the Upload contrib.  I followed the steps through #8. When I went to save the changes, the validate error occurred again.  It now occurs whenever I try to save something, be it the top administrator settings or the product info.  Only recopying...

Re: [RELEASED] - 0.7.9 File Upload

I have confirmed that this contrib causes a validation error in RC5. RC5 worked fine until installing this, which is unfortunate since I need this for my site. See http://forum.opencart.com/index.php/top ... l#msg12525

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

Okay, here's the deal.  I reinstalled RC4 completely and still had the same problems. (After selecting an image the "Open" button was not active) based upon that, I decided it must be something with the computer so I rebooted it and that made the RC4 version handle the images properly.  So I upgrade...

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

I'm upgraded.  I had tried using old images before and they hadn't worked but I just tried again and one of them worked.

EDIT: actually, that turned out to not be true. I looked at the wrong spot.

EDIT: I've done a complete, new installation from RC5 and the problem remains.

Re: Error: Could not create validate!

A new image.  It is not showing on the site, on the preview pages, or on the product page.  The name is there but the image is not.
