From server to localhost v1.5.0.5

I have done quite a bit of work to my new store located on my server, and I want to download my store folder and copy over that work to a fresh install on a localhost. Both installs are clean v1.5.0.5 Which files on the local host do I not copy over in order to have both stores look the same. Thanks...

[SOLVED]"Click photo to enlarge" under product thumbnail.

Hello everyone.
I would like to have text under the thumbnails of my products that says "click photo to enlarge". What is the best way to do this ? Can I do this in the template or would I have to do it after every image ?

Thank you Xsecrets, your reply solved my problem. I was close in doing it, but I was stuck at "in that box start typing the option name". I just clicked on the plus sign instead of typing and of course nothing happened but as soon as I started typing it auto-filled with my option name and everything...
