Re: Store Credit Extension Glitch, Order With Additional Bal

Still need help with this...this is a big issue, as it allows an unscrupulous customer to use a store credit over and over again. Not good.

Q's Store Credit Extension Glitch

Hi Q, I have your store credit module for 1.4.9.x installed in a 1.4.9.6 environment. Up until know, as far as I know it has been trouble free. However, lately, two orders with an additional payment needed over and above the store credit balance have come through. Both of these orders show the custo...

Re: Filter by Pressing Enter in Admin?

OK, failing that...you hit enter on the Products page and it searches...where's the piece of code that makes it work on that page, but is missing from the others? If I know where that is I figure I have good odds of being able to replicate or modify it.

Re: Filter by Pressing Enter in Admin?

Yeah, that's a bit above what I'm comfortable with, and I know literally zero about what a JS file would need to contain. I'd be much more comfortable adding to or altering the specific button code on the necessary pages, if it's possible to do so.

Re: Filter by Pressing Enter in Admin?

It is done via javascript: In your common.js file here is an example of the search bar using it on the customer side: (snipped) Finally getting a chance to come back to this...I don't see a common.js file on the catalog side, or the admin side. But to be frank, I wouldn't know what to do with it if...

Re: PP Standard Not Returning Payment Status

Further details: OK, it is not EVERY order with paypal upon further review, but it is an unusually high number. 7 orders in the last 3 days, not including both my test orders. Normally I would see this MAYBE once per hundred orders, at most. On the Paypal side, it is clearly having trouble connectin...

PP Standard Not Returning Payment Status

I'm using OC 1.4.9.6. Everything has been working fine until just a few days ago, and NO files have been altered. A few days ago, I started noticing that I was getting a lot of "Order # xxxx payment requires manual verification" notifications. Upon doing a couple test runs paying myself out of anoth...

Filter by Pressing Enter in Admin?

OPencart 1.4.9.6 - however, I suspect this question would apply the same to the 1.5.x versions. When on the Products page in the Admin area, you can type a value in any field, and press enter to trigger the Filter function. However, this functionality does not carry across to many of the other pages...

Re: Additional Homepage Module?

And once again, if I think on something hard enough, there's often an easy way. It occured to me that the Welcome box could already take things like iframes for a Facebook feed, and all I needed to do was move the welcome box to the bottom, instead of the top. Found a thread here that showed how to ...

Re: Additional Homepage Module?

Tried it, no dice for 1.4.9.6, so it isn't backwards compatible.

Re: Additional Homepage Module?

Does it let you change where the Welcome message appears, though? I don't want the news feed to be right at the top.

Also, will it accept the code, as opposed to text, and display the results?

Additional Homepage Module?

I'm using 1.4.9.6 and would like to add a module containing whatever you put in it (in this case, a feed of Facebook posts in a module to serve as a News function) in the Home location. I've found plenty of modules for adding sideboxes, and there seems to have been a module along these lines from Fi...

Re: Site Security Seal Shows One Line Down...

All I did was edit the older site seal's code to draw the certificate number and info for the new certificate so it would be up to date. Why the old seal is any different, I don't know, but the issue with using the new seal has never been resolved and I haven't received any suggestions on what to do...

Re: Check Mailing Address in Checkout Not Formatted Correctl

Anyone? No one has run into this issue? The concern is that someone not terribly familiar with US addressing from another country (or soem of our less bright folks domestically...) could parse the address wrong, leading to their payment not arriving. I could probably go in and mod the file to put th...

Check Mailing Address in Checkout Not Formatted Correctly

Using 1.4.9.6, and I've acquired a PO Box for payments to be sent to, so that I no longer need to send out followup e-mails with instructions for check/MO payments in order to keep my home address out of sight. When testing, I found that when the Confirm page during checkout calls the store address ...
