Yes I got the same identical problem and it pretty much makes the extension useless as customers will get frustrated and abandon the order ... A bit overdramatic. I'll see about an ajax version Well when you have customers calling about it I think it is an issue....customers are very impatient thes...

Yes defiantly agree its much easier but <div style="display:none"> hides the text and search engines might see that as clocking method since spider bots can read that.

The contact.php its something like this which is located in the root folder.
