sure - setup your zones for payment and shipping
they will not be able to check out period

then in your cart/check logic toss a check in to make sure that the zone they are in by your pick of billing/shipping address check or both as to weather they can move forward

yes i can show you my demo site with it installed as well there are users here that have bought it and could post comments if they like about it as well the SSL part of opencart depends how you set up YOUR cart.  if you setup a ssl and define it in opencart it will use it.. if not it not secured.  h...

there is no debate yes it can and has been done.

I wrote one..  and offer it as a commercial mod.

based on your pref it can be installed to send the card info via email as an attachment (compressed text file) or can store it in the database.

look in your controller folder for your home.php

the Top of the ControllerHome extends controller

That is normally what the error is about

and make sure you put allowscript access to all or any

As that is what can stop your flash from interacting with the browser
