Remove or hide the currency option in header?
Is it possible to hide or remove the currency option from the header in v2.x without editing the header? If editing the header is the only option then is the code the same as in v1.5.x? I have two currencies but do not want the option of the customer being able to change them.

Fixed logo size in v2.1.0.1?
I am running OC v2.1.0.1 on a local server using the default theme. I can change the shop logo image but it appears to be a fixed size (220x33). Based on all my Google searches, it appears that I should be able to upload a logo image and it will not be resized. However, all the results are for v1.5 ...
