ticket system

Hello,

I have created an ticket support system for opencart 1.5.1.x systems, with it your customer can send in a ticket for an order the support worker then answers it from the back end and the user gets emailed about the new answer.

Thanks i have enough testers.

That is because u maybe have removed the light box plug in? or in your case u have commented it out. Best approach that works for me when creating a custom template regarding Javascript is just remove it all and use as minimal Javascript as possible in a separate file.
