Hi i have done both suggestions already to eliminate any of the extensions of effecting the process the default theme has the same problem also just gets stuck on loading as you can see the loading icon next to the button and thats it nothing happens after that

Hey guys i have found the solution it was fairly easy but the last thing we would think of just so if anyone out there has the same problem they can first check my solution out the problem was that the address_id within the oc_address table which is the primary key never incremented and was always 0...

I understand and agree with you %100 but i have disabled all the extensions and mods transferred all the stock files still have the same problem surely someones out there who could think of a solution or even the part which manages the address registration

but none of my extensions till this day has replaced any system files i always make sure of this so a second default OC would still be a dead end someone must of had a similar problem or knows what it is

I require a module where the customer can take a picture of a sofa and apply a template to it such as a fabric overlay or another example take a picture of a window and place one of the blinds id be selling over their window to see how it looks

funny thing is there arnt nothing like that i have disabled extensions and vqmod to still no joy its really confusing but i recently changed the domain name for the site and carried it over to the new one and since then there has been this problem
