There are a lot of Opencart extensions that enable redirects. Or a quick google search will point you in the direction of creating one in your HTACCESS file if you are confident with code.

Its very strange. Are other changes you make in th esystem/databases being update? i.e. its just the price? when you go back to admin to check after making the change, is the new price, or old price showing?

Easiest way is to grab one of the advanced filter extensions. there are a few ajax ones, so you will be able to search and filter in real time. Much faster and lower cost than DIY.

All sites/stores will be viewed as indepentent (different) sites by search engine. so you need to watch out for duplicate content on the sites (same products/text etc) which might be picked up by google and dilute rankings. Your seo efforts (backlinks/onssite) will need be duplicated per store. Also...

Where are your articles stored/ You can. 1. Get a blog module from the marketplace.. there are a few. They enable article linking to products - i would imagine vice versa too. 2. You could create the articles as 'products' and use relateed products to link them. You may need some coding to make this...
