I was getting the same message as you were. Check my posting in Export/Import tool. I saved the XLSX file as a CSV file. Reloaded the CSV file then saved it over the original XLSX file. It removed some extraneous formatting. Maybe this could help. The bad news is that it isn't showing up in opencart...
