Too many redirects

So I'm trying to get into Google Shopping, and the most common error my feed gets is, product pages are redirected too many times. So I've ran my webpage through a redirect checker: Result: https://electrodomesticosdelsol.es/upload/es/Sonido/Samsung/SAMSUNG-BARRA-HW-J8501-XU-p120c60.html 302 Moved T...

Re: Would running two or three e-commerce platforms..

Thanks for your reply. I'm in Spain using the shipment company MRW, so to simplify things, they have an installable module (for prestashop and magento) that processes the shipment, automatically creates the labels, and sets the pickup time. Now I set the pickup time over the phone, and maybe I can d...

Would running two or three e-commerce platforms..

..on the same server take a toll in its loading speed and processing capacity? See, I've got my main store in opencart, where I get all my visits, but before trying out opencart, I used Cub**art, which it's still installed on the same server, but it's not being used nor visited. Now I need to add an...

Re: Cart dropdown items resizing poorly when in mobile

You are right, but I'm unable to reach him. I've checked the class .dropdown-menu and i've seen it has set min-width:476px . And that shows in almost every screen size, except for when it gets too narrow. I'm assuming when the screen size goes below 476px, the width changes to a 100% of the cart but...

Cart dropdown items resizing poorly when in mobile

Hi, take this link for example: http://speedelivery.es/upload/es/Estrella-Galicia/Cerveza-1906-33-Cl-p9512c2650c2482c35c2820.html When you resize the window too thin (to simulate a mobile small screen) the cart dropdown resizes weirdly and off screen. It's weird cos it maintains a reasonable proport...

Re: Customized header menu

I'm using his extension, I've done the menu myself, manually, that wasn't an issue. The only thing I'm missing is a way to link a category and maintain the sort order. So I need something like this <a href="mylink.com + <php the sort order code>" That thing in bold, it might be somewhere in t...

Re: Customized header menu

Thanks for the links, but I'm not quite willing to pay 50$. However the main reason why I want this is because I've manually did this, writing myself each category name and link in between <li> tags, but, what this does not do is for example, when the user selects "Order products by name, price, or ...

Customized header menu

So by default the header menu is coded to display the top category and its sub-categories as a dropdown. Like this: TOP: CARS - COMPUTERS Dropdown: Volkswagen - Apple Dropdown: BMW - Acer I need this menu to only display the subcategories of the current category being visited as TOP. So if i'm viewi...

Edit search.tpl to show feat. products instead of def. text

Towards the end of product/search.tpl, I've got this: <div class="row"> <div class="col-sm-6 text-left"><?php echo $pagination; ?></div> <div class="col-sm-6 text-right"><?php echo $results; ?></div> </div> <?php } else { ?> php no results (I erased it so I don't remember how it looks like. <?php } ...

Replace "sort order" selector with just icons

I want to remove the sort order menu, and just leave two icons, one to sort by ascending price , and the other one to descending, and that's it. I tried to make icons with the href being the code inside the selector items, but I've failed obviously. Any experts idea? :) :) And off topic, is there a ...

I somehow screwed the left/right panes

Now instead of full/proper images, I get this abomination on the right or left panes ??? It doesn't matter whether it's the Featured or the Special module, it displays this way: http://speedelivery.es/upload/image/imagez/Captura.JPG I have been messing with the Stylesheet and other .tpl files, but I...

Re: Remove subcategories in Advanced Search selector

Your help is much appreciated, but I didn't express myself correctly. I don't want to delete the whole category selector, I just want it to display ONLY top categories, not sub-categories nor 3rd level categories or whatever they are called. I don't want it to disappear completely, just to avoid sho...

Remove subcategories in Advanced Search selector

Hi, i've been trying to edit the search.tpl file under /template/product/ to prevent subcategories to appear in the advanced search categories selector (so only top categories show up), but I'm lost as to what should I delete. I'm guessing the key is among these lines: <select name="category_id" cla...
