Re: Question about versions

Open your index.php file and it should tell you the version you are using. If it looks wrong, maybe you didn't upload all of the new files properly?

PHP Version and MySQL version (5.7) are 2 different things.

Re: Unable to install Open Cart - GD function is OFF

Like Add Creative mentioned, check the actual PHP settings applied to your server and contact the hosting company. Attached is a phpinfo.php file. Upload it to your public_html or www directory and in your browser, go to your-domain.com/phpinfo.php and then search for that extension. This page will ...

Re: Change URL, SEO friendly URL enabled

Yeah i noticed the form posts about it, but that is not exactly my problem. The problem is that it shows at the end, not between the forward slashes. Having the variable at the end of that URL is correct. That's a page and not a category itself. domain.com/some-name/some-other-name is a page locate...

Re: I can't access to my admin panel

Unless the OP has a custom named admin directory, he's getting this message: Oops, looks like the page is lost. This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional. If you have the admin folder properly uploaded, you should contact your hosting company and ask them why you're seeing the m...

Re: Email spammer is using the contact form while it doesn't exist

Without knowing your domain, it is hard to guess what exactly is going on.

Are ALL of your files free of Malware? Do you have a firewall installed now and/or Cloudflare?

Re: This site can't be reached.

Your nameservers are as follows which means your DNS will NOT be controlled in cPanel Zone Editor. All of your DNS records are managed through Cloudflare.

Name servers:
dion.ns.cloudflare.com
dora.ns.cloudflare.com

Your domain should appear under 'Domains' within cPanel though.

I was thinking no more version 3.xx of opencart but see there is now a 3.0.3.9 available so obviously I was wrong.
Is it just an update to support PHP versions or is there more to it?

Re: We no longer recommend Astra / GetAstra (https://www.getastra.com/)

Hi all, For some time we recommended Astra when a site was hacked - they were fantastic - they had specialist developers who would carefully remove the hack, secure the site and then install their software which did a good job of keeping the site secure. Unfortunately, as they provided such a good ...

Re: OC 3 "Maintenance" version ?

As of today, I would recommend v3.0.3.7 which, in my opinion is the most stable yet in the 3.x series. Out of interest, why not 3.0.3.8? I think this is an old topic, unless there is something wrong with the forum. Look at the date of the post " Mon May 31, 2021 5:44 am ". 3.0.3.8 wasn't ...
