Re: Trying to move host and having issues

Who are you hosting with? Most every host should handle the transfer for you unless you have a complex situation which is somewhat rare.

Re: Had it working once can someone help me?

You are likely copying and pasting your credentials and there is a space before and/or after that is causing the connection to be refused. Try typing it in slowly.

He said nothing about that he cannot reach the shop.
Only that he cannot add new products .. or?
He wasn't very clear so I thought maybe he couldn't access the admin URL at all. Hard to say until OP updates this thread with more info.

Re: server transfer

i just moved my site to a new server but now i cant figure out how to add products to the site now :choke: As long as you've updated your nameservers to point to the new server, you can open your browser and use the same URL (yourdomain.com/admin) to access the admin page. Does the front side of yo...

I desperately need this mod for OC 1.5.3.1...
please?
I think you may struggle to find this for such an old version of OC. You may want to try a commercial posting to see if any developer can assist you.

Re: Force https on all pages

Thought i was on for a winner with cPanel but our host isn't using the new version. Re: Unable to contact SiteGround

I'd also suggest making a full cPanel backup, download it to your local computer and then find another hosting provider to move to. Support should be reachable within minutes and within hours max.

Re: Php and Mysql upgrade

If both the old and new store versions are on the same cPanel account, they're both going to use the same PHP version. Unless you've customized it, OC 1.5.x won't work on PHP 7.1 - 7.3. You can safely switch the PHP version to test / check each site and if they don't work, switch your PHP version ba...
