Yes they are but this is not what I ask, I ask for a method or way to check which module is active from theme in order to build columns in other way than default

Hi every, I'm building a theme for my site with some particularities so I need to know if modules slideshow and module promotions are enabled or not, how do I know this? Can I check this from templates?

Set currencies to fixed numbers and not allow update
I need to define fixed values between currencies, less say I want to put the U.S. dollar at a value X, the Canadian dollar at Y and then from these values internally perform the necessary calculations to switch between currencies, do I explain?

Hi, exists any guide to develop themes for OC 1.5.x? I'm planning to build my own based on Twitter Bootstrap and also add some support for Mobile with jQuery Mobile or leave the task to the same Twitter Bootstrap with responsive design.
